This backyard was a true showstopper designed for a model home by a prominent national builder. The vision was clear: create a backyard that would not only showcase the potential of each home but also market the entire community as a haven of modern living. And boy, did it deliver! Post-build, the buzz was electric, and the community was completely snatched up within a mere 6 months! This backyard was the star of the show, enticing potential buyers and embodying the essence of what it meant to live in this vibrant community. It’s a great backyard with multiple areas to eat, relax, socialize and play.

To truly bring this backyard space to life, we opted to design a stunning stone deck and outdoor kitchen for entertaining. We also strategically placed lighting throughout the yard to give the space a dreamy, romantic feel. And of course, no backyard is complete without a fire feature so we had to add that in.
